Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.


Incorrectly Received Goods: While we try our best to ensure that your order is 100% accurate and that our customers are always satisfied with their shipments, shipping errors may happen on rare occasion. If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong product, just advise us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), and we will make every attempt to collect the goods and re-ship you the correct goods, at no additional cost to you!

Defective Merchandise: We will only accept returns of defective merchandise, and require a return authorization number from us in order to return the products within 48 hours of receiving order.

Since many items are vintage and 1 of a kind, we only guarantee not DOA (Dead on arrival on items of 19.95 or higher). Shipper/Carrier insurance coverage.

We can’t accept goods that have been inadvertently ordered (e.g. color shade wasn’t what you anticipated), over-ordered by the customer, damaged by the customer, or that have been used in any way (example: filter cannot be used by the customer. Cameras and Digital Media cannot be previously used for an event and put back into box). We don’t rent. Defective products will be replaced or credited at the discretion of Customer Service. Should we decide to issue a refund, we will issue a refund after inspection of the product(s) to ensure it meets our return policy, and a credit for the purchase price will be issued promptly within 5 business days to the original form of payment. Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Shortages: If you feel there is a shortage in your order. FIRST look in the package labeled “Multiple Items Enclosed” or check Packing Slip for notes: ie: “Backordered”, “Refunded”, otherwise you must report it within 48 hours of receiving order.
